At Rivana, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.

🔁 Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since you received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

✅ Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Items must be in their original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Items that are marked as final sale, clearance, or custom-made are not eligible for return or exchange.

🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style? No problem!
We offer free exchanges within the 14-day window, subject to product availability.

To initiate an exchange, contact us at elegancevanguard@gmail.com with your order number and item details.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Rivana is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Received something damaged or not what you ordered?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We’ll make it right with a refund, exchange, or replacement.
